By using Quick Commerce services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read the policies and rules described below carefully before proceeding to use our services.
1. General Terms
1.1. Service Subscription: By registering and using Quick Commerce services, you agree to comply with all policies and rules set forth in this term.
1.2. Modification of Terms: Quick Commerce reserves the right to modify, add or remove portions of this term at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via the registered email or through notices on our website.
2. Usage Policies
2.1. Proper Use of Resources: The customer undertakes to use the resources offered by Quick Commerce responsibly, without overloading the servers or harming the experience of other users.
2.2. Prohibited Content: It is prohibited to use our services to store or distribute content that is illegal, offensive, harmful, or that infringes the rights of third parties.
2.3. Responsibility for Content: The customer is solely responsible for the content stored and distributed through his/her account. Quick Commerce is not responsible for any damages resulting from improper use of the service.
3. Backup and Security
3.1. Responsibility for Backup: Backing up data stored in Quick Commerce is the sole responsibility of the customer. We recommend that the customer perform regular backups to ensure the security and integrity of their data.
3.2. Data Recovery Policy: Quick Commerce is not responsible for hardware or software failures or any other event that may result in data loss. In case of need for data recovery, the customer should use their backups.
4. Payment Policy
4.1. Invoicing: Payment for Quick Commerce services will be made according to the contracted plan. Invoices will be issued and sent to the email registered by the customer.
4.2. Cancellation and Refund: The customer may cancel their account at any time. However, there will be no refund of amounts already paid, except in specific cases of proven failure in the service.
5. Limitation of Liability
Quick Commerce shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of or inability to use our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
6. Final Provisions
6.1. Applicable Legislation: This term will be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws in force in Brazil.
6.2. Forum: The parties elect the jurisdiction of the district of Belo Horizonte, MG, as the only competent court to resolve any disputes arising from this term, expressly waiving any other, however privileged it may be.
